Before the excursion, the meeting points are explained very well via email. They were very punctual, and our guide, Francesca, was delightful. She speaks four languages perfectly and gave us very detailed explanations about the three islands. Murano disappointed us; it felt empty and soulless. Perhaps we could have even reduced the time spent there. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity itself was great, but a bit of a marathon because you don't have enough time to see much on each island. We spent the least amount of time on Torcello, which is a shame because I found it very interesting. Burano is very pretty with its colorful houses, and Murano was my least favorite; it doesn't have much to offer. You see the glassblowing demonstration and little else. The island isn't beautiful, at least not the area around the glass factory. Even so, if you want to visit all three islands in one afternoon, the activity is good. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was great, but the boat transfer wasn't well organized because we weren't informed beforehand. Our guide, Francesca, was wonderful and very friendly. It's a shame we had so little time for Burano and so much time wasted in Murano. Otherwise, it was very good and a very pleasant trip. I always travel with Civitatis. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

We absolutely loved the excursion to Burano, Murano, and Torcello. The guide was very friendly and pleasant, accompanied us throughout the tour, and recommended some very useful places. The six hours flew by. It's a wonderful experience, and I think you can't leave Venice without visiting its islands. Each one has its own special charm and is well worth exploring. I would definitely do this excursion again. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity wasn't bad, but the price was steep. However, several of us agreed that the time spent in Murano was excessive (3 hours), and we barely had 1 hour to see Burano (which is much more worthwhile). And, on the other hand, in Torcello we only had 30-40 minutes, which wasn't enough time to reach the center because we had to leave.

Translate this opinion into English.

Por lo demáa miy bien Translate this opinion into English.

A very good experience. Francesca, the guide, was very friendly. We weren't given much time in Torcello, only half an hour, and we couldn't really see its great heritage... whereas in Murano we had 3 hours. That disappointed me a little. Otherwise, very good. Opinion translated. Show original.

They only explain things on the boat, I asked for recommendations on where to eat and they didn't tell me, they said I should look for myself as there were many options. Then, on the island of Murano, you see the glass and then there's nothing else to do, we spent a total of 2:40 hours there, in Burano we only got one hour and the island is much prettier and more charming than Murano. In Torcello, just a walk and not much more. With the 40 minutes they give you, it's more than enough. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

A simply unforgettable experience! The tour was perfectly organized, with well-managed schedules and a knowledgeable, friendly, and always available guide. Each island we visited had its own charm. The boat was comfortable and well-maintained, and all the staff were professional and welcoming. We had just enough time to explore the islands. Definitely worth doing again! Opinion translated.

Burano is a beautiful place; the other two islands aren't very appealing. Our guide, Federica, was excellent and very friendly. As with other activities, the person responsible for handing out tickets wasn't in the designated area, and we had to ask the boat driver.

A bit disappointing. The guide didn't provide much explanation; it seemed more like just transfers between islands, and the time spent on each island was very short. It's really worth paying for the transfers and enjoying the islands at a more leisurely pace. Literally, we were only in Torcello for half an hour! In Murano, 45 minutes, and in Burano, an hour. Plus, the tour only lasted 4 hours, not the 6 they promised. Truly disappointing.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

The excursions were very good, the only thing is that you have to go with plenty of time because finding the dock is quite confusing and it's best not to ask the people at the docks because each one sent us to a different place and in the end we ended up taking a taxi that took us to the other end to another dock which wasn't even the right one, but luckily another boat from the company left from there and they took us. la actividad está mal planteada, te llevan primero a Murano, ves la demostración de vidrio y te dejan 2 horas y media para que puedas comer, después vas a Butano que es la isla más bonita de todas y solo tienes una hora para verla, cuando debería ser al revés en Murano con ver la demostración de vidryseria suficiente y dejar más tiempo en Burano ya que tienes más cosas para ver y disfrutar, luego te llevan a torcello y te dejan 20 minutos que no te da tiempo ni ha hacerte una foto,

The activity is poorly planned. They take you to Murano first, you see the glassmaking demonstration, and they give you two and a half hours to eat. Then you go to Burano, which is the most beautiful island of all, and you only have one hour to see it. It should be the other way around: in Murano, seeing the glassmaking demonstration is enough, and you have more time in Burano since there are more things to see and enjoy. Then they take you to Torcello and give you 20 minutes, which isn't even enough time to take a picture.

Igualmente preguntar. Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was conducted in three languages (English, Spanish, and Italian). Our guide, Giada, was very attentive and helped us find points of interest. Each island has its own unique charm. Those visiting Tocello should bring their email or ticket from San Pietro to see the mural in Santa Maria Assunta for free (I had mine in my email, so I was able to enter without paying). Please note that the starting point wasn't exactly at San Marco, as indicated, but slightly nearby. It's still worth asking for confirmation. Opinion translated. Show original.

The visit to Murano, Burano, and Torcello was disappointing. They arrived 30 minutes late without warning, and we waited in the sun without any information. In Murano, the glass exhibition is free; in Burano, there was no actual lace-making demonstration as advertised. Torcello was skippable. The guide barely spoke Spanish and was difficult to understand. It's better to go on your own: you save money and see the same things.

The guide, whose name we don't know because she didn't say it, didn't identify herself as instructed on the tour (blue identification). In Burano, she didn't give precise directions to the location, given the town's maze of streets. This made it difficult to find our way around and return to the suggested spot. The place itself was very beautiful.
