Explore the Vatican at Your Own Pace

Want to discover the treasures of the Holy See without wasting time at the ticket office? With these skip-the-line tickets to the Vatican Museums, you'll bypass the queues and head straight to the fast-track entrance.

Once inside, you'll have complete freedom to explore at your own pace one of the most prestigious art collections in the world, including Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel, the Raphael Rooms with The School of Athens, the sculptural group Laocoön and His Sons, the Belvedere Torso, and the Pinacoteca, home to works by Leonardo and Caravaggio.

As you leave the Vatican Museums, you'll also get to see the iconic spiral staircase designed by Giuseppe Momo in 1932, a stunning example of modern Neo-Renaissance style crafted in marble and bronze.

1. The Pio-Clementine Museum and the Courtyards

Start your visit at the Courtyard of the Pine Cone before heading into the Pio-Clementine Museum, home to masterworks of classical sculpture that shaped the foundations of the Renaissance, including the iconic Apollo Belvedere.

2. The Great Vatican Galleries

Walk beneath the impressive gilded ceilings to discover the historical maps and treasures of the Vatican's 3 most famous galleries:

Gallery of Maps: A 120-meter corridor lined with stunning frescoed maps depicting all the regions of Italy as they appeared in the 16th century

3. The Sistine Chapel

The crowning highlight of your visit will be the Sistine Chapel. Originally built in the 15th century, this space became a universal landmark thanks to Michelangelo's 16th-century frescoes. Since 1878, it has served as the official seat of the conclave, where cardinal electors gather in strict isolation to elect a new Pope. Take your time to admire the awe-inspiring Last Judgment and the ceiling frescoes before completing your visit.
